UpRiver Walkers
9:30 am. (weather permitting). Meet at Main City Park (Powell and Main Ave.) Park at the very back, farthest from Powell St., closest to Springwater trail. Walk the Springwater trail for approx 2 miles (total). All flat and paved trails. You can turn back at any time if desired. If weather is iffy, please check the Events page of our website the morning of the walk. We will post cancellation there. Mindfullness Class Virtual
Join us for a Mindfullness virtual class at 1:00. Leslie Louderback, UpRiver Village Event Coordinator, and Taylor Seymore, UpRiver Village Secretary, will be teaching the class. Taylor has been teaching Mindfulness for eight years with a range of age groups from teens to older adults. Dec. 13, 2024 - Winter Celebration
Our first Winter Celebration and Auction at the Gresham Senior Center. The event was a huge success. We were joined by over 50 other supporters.
The celebration included a catered tasty holiday lunch of soups and sandwiches, cookies, coffee and tea.
And wonderful piano music provided by Steve Goodwin.
We also ended our online auction for six beautiful handmade quilts at the event. Thank you all for coming!
July 24 - Happy hour at Troutdale Station
"Thank you" to all who joined us for our first Happy Hour! We had a great time, exchanged more ideas and gathered much needed and very appreciated donations to help us get rolling toward opening our doors for business!
May 23 - Coffee social at Neo in Rockwood Market Hall 
UpRiver Village met for our first Coffee Social at ROCKWOOD MARKET HALL. We grabbed a big table in the open market area and discussed, among other things, the pros and cons of long term care insurance.
